Private Lessons
Your safety and experience is our total focus during each specialized session. We customize the work specifically to your body, your goals and your physical uniqueness. Each session will work to maximize your potential to increase strength, flexibility and sense of well being utilizing the Pilates Reformer, Pilates Springboard, Stability Chair or various free standing or mat exercises.
These classes are similar in nature to private sessions, allowing for a more specialized approach to training, but with a cost savings and the ability to work out with a friend. Equipment used include the Pilates Reformer, Springboard, Stability Chair or various free standing or mat exercises.
