At Bright Side Pilates, we tailor our approach to each client's individual needs. We offer private and semi-private sessions to ensure personalized attention. Every body tells its own story, and we're here to create a workout that reflects your needs, goals, and desired level of challenge.

 

Whether you're looking for a gentle, restorative session or aiming to reach new fitness heights, we're here to support you.

Private Lessons

In these one-on-one sessions, you and your safety are our sole focus. We customize each workout to your body, goals, and unique physical attributes. Using the Pilates Reformer, Springboard, Stability Chair, and various freestanding or mat exercises, we'll work together to maximize your potential for increased strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Similar to private sessions but with the added benefit of working out with a friend, semi-private lessons offer a more specialized approach to training at a reduced cost. We'll use the same range of equipment as in private sessions.

Semi-Private Lessons

How to Schedule Appointments

Scheduling with instructors is done on an individual basis via phone or email. Together, we'll find the best time to meet based on your availability, the instructor's schedule, and studio capacity to ensure all safety regulations are met.
