While many forms of exercise focus on large muscle groups—think of these as the highways in your body's roadmap—Pilates pays equal, if not greater, attention to the smaller, supporting muscles. Bright Side Pilates is a boutique studio offering private and semi-private Pilates instruction for all levels of experience.

Studio Policies

- If you're feeling unwell, please cancel your session. No late cancellation fees will apply in this instance.

 

- Please arrive on time. Our scheduling doesn't allow for sessions to extend beyond their allotted time.

 

- While we provide all necessary equipment, you're welcome to bring and use your own small equipment or props.

 

- Sessions are 55 minutes long to allow for thorough sanitization between appointments.
